Message from the President
It is an honor for Grupo Financiero Bolsa Nacional de Valores and for Costa Rica to host the 53rd General Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Ibero-American Federation of Stock Exchanges (FIAB) in 2026, a space that has historically been a meeting point for dialogue, reflection and cooperation among the region's stock markets.
Hosting this event in our country has a special meaning. This activity is carried out at a key moment for the National Stock Exchange, which commemorates five decades of experience in the service of the development of the capital market and the strengthening of the national financial system. Throughout these years, our institution has evolved, promoting modernization, investor confidence and integration with international markets.
The 2026 edition will be a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties between Ibero-American stock exchanges, share visions and experiences, and reaffirm the value of joint work between these institutions as an engine for growth, innovation and sustainability. Our country offers an environment conducive to this exchange, based on an open economy, institutional solidity and a clear vocation for dialogue and consensus-building.
